Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped garlic
- 1/2 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 small onion, sliced into crescents
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons organic sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and cook until slightly golden, about 15 seconds.
- Add the cauliflower and water. Cover and steam for 30 seconds, then remove the lid and allow to cook until tender.
- Stir in the onion, bell pepper, tamari and sugar.
- Add salt to taste and serve.
