Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pinch evaporated cane juice crystals or organic sugar
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients except for the olive oil in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Switch the blender to low and drizzle in the olive oil.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
