Fat-Free Yogurt Dressing for Fruit
This sauce is delicious on all kinds of fruit and takes very little time to make. The food pyramid suggests eating 2 to 4 servings of fruit a day. If you find it hard to be excited about eating your fruit, this sauce will make it into a healthy dessert-like snack or side dish that you will truly enjoy.

35 calories; 2g protein; 7g carbohydrates; 0g fat; 1mg cholesterol; 30mg sodium; 0g fiber

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces vanilla or plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Drizzle over fruit and serve.
